Eggracks.com distributes products that meet the needs of today's consumers, with a broad portfolio that includes a series of high-quality Android tablets & netbooks, electronics accessories, solar-powered lights & devices, digital SLR camera tripods, TV mounts, and a variety of consumer products.

We tailor our support services to encompass consistent communication with those who engage us to ensure that our company and products are performing at top-tier standards.

Product Warranty

Eggracks is committed to working with you to ensure that every product under warranty performs to the manufacturer's specifications. Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Please see the warranty information for the warranty holder and details. If your item has not been repaired to your satisfaction, Eggracks will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution. In this event, please email customer service at, [email protected], for return authorization.

Return Authorization:

Return authorization is required for all returns and will only be granted within 30 days from date of purchase. Please contact Eggracks customer service at [email protected] to request a return authorization. All returns should be in the original packaging with complete accessories. Returns without original packaging or incomplete accessories will not be accepted or refunded.

1. Return requests due to buyer remorse will not be approved. 
2. For defective products, please request RMA# before returning the products. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.  
3. Detailed information and images regarding the issues of each product will be required. 
4. All returns must include the original packaging and accessories. Otherwise, no refund will be issued. 
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. 
6. In order to keep our warehouse handling efficient, we ask each customer to request returns no less than every two weeks. More frequent returns will be accessed with a return fee of $5 per unit. 
7. If a return is found to be non-defective, a restock fee of 25% will be charged. 
8. All authorized returns will be refunded less shipping cost. 
9. If a product is damaged or lost during transit, a carrier claim will be filed, and full refund will be provided if the claim is approved.  
10. If the customer chooses to use our fulfillment center as the return address, a $5 labor cost will be charged for each unit processed. Please request an RMA#, and the refund will be processed according to the other return terms.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage arising from normal wear such as accidents and misuse. This warranty does not cover damage from any alteration, service, or repair performed by any party other than Eggracks.
